Get started and understand your wallets
Open Heth.me. Create a recovery phrase or restore your existing account, then follow the application steps to set a PIN and, where supported, biometric unlock. Keep your recovery phrase separately before receiving funds. See account security.
Crypto Account and Wallet
| Item | What it means | How a transfer is authorized |
|---|---|---|
| Crypto Account (cold) | A blockchain address, generated or connected in the app | The owner signs with a local, external or supported hardware wallet |
| Wallet (hot) | An account balance used for internal payments and transfers | The service processes the authorized operation |
| Watch-only account | An address added for viewing without its private key | Viewing does not give permission to spend; use the connected signer |
Cold accounts and their labels can be stored on your device. Signing in elsewhere does not necessarily restore every additional account you connected on another device. Back up each account through its original wallet.
Receive funds
- Open the required Crypto Account or Wallet.
- Check the asset and network. USDT on Ethereum and USDT on TRON are different transfer destinations.
- Use the receiving details or QR shown for that account. Do not substitute a blockchain address for an internal wallet identifier.
- Confirm the incoming operation in history. A pending balance is not the same as available funds.
For purchases through an external exchange, check its destination network before withdrawing. The exchange page provides links to external services; availability and terms depend on that provider.
Available assets
Use the assets shown for your account. The global token registry can include assets that are not enabled in your interface or for a particular operation.
